"Cozy Pine" is located in Preston Township of Adams County in Wisconsin by Cottonville east of State Highway 13 and North of State Hwy 21.  This Adams County Real Estate Development is about 120 acres total with lot size about 2.5 acres with Plum Creek Timberlands on three sides which is open to the public.  Cozy Pines is right by Snowmobile Trails and ATV Routes which may some day be added to the routing system if enough people ask and agree to it.

Cozy Pines is home to the infamous bad luck lot 31.  On May 5th 2005 one of Wisconsin's worst wild fires in a quarter of a century start on lot 31 due a campfire that got out of hand.  The property was sold and ended up in foreclosure not to long after the sale.  Then on April 10th 2011 it was hit by the Cottonville Tornado and then sold again shortly after. 

Cozy Pines is 1mile east ofBig Roche-A-Cri Lake which is about 205 acres with an average depth of 9 feet and a max depth of 20 feet it's a man-made lake fed by Big Roche-A-Cri Creek that has a dam on the west-side of the lake. The Lake has 2 boat launches one on the Eastside of the Lake by State Highway 13 and one on the Westside of the Lake by the Hydrodam.  Big Roche-A-Cri Lake is about 200 acres filled with Walleye, Panfish, Bass, Northern Pike and more for fishing...
